We SALUTE YOU AND would like to honor you and your GUEST at the Fort Lauderdale Christmas Pageant.

E-mail vicinfo@fbcfl.com  or call 954-839-8764 to reserve your free tickets for the night of December 6th, 2006. Please be at the Church no later than 7:00 PM, in uniform if possible, as you will be asked to stand and be honored during the performance.

EMMY-AWARD WINNING WITH OVER 50,000 ATTENDEES ANNUALLY, this production is aired on hundreds of stations worldwide. In 2004, at their request, 500 copies of the Pageant’s professionally produced DVD were sent to chaplains in Iraq for distribution to their troops. The pageant involves a cast and crew of over 1000 volunteers, a 200-plus member choir, and a 40 piece orchestra. Our settings are by the noted firm George and Goldberg who designed the Winter Olympics Opening and Closing Ceremonies, the Millennium Village at EPCOT, and Super Bowl XXVI. The stage was designed by Broadway designers Peter Wolf (“Peter Pan”) and Bill Eckart (“Cinderella”).

THE FORT LAUDERDALE CHRISTMAS PAGEANT features a festive opening scene with familiar carols in a turn-of-the-century setting, a concert of inspirational contemporary songs, and a musical drama of the nativity and life of Christ. One of the most celebrated aspects of the Pageant is the role played by young people, featuring hundreds of children and students from weeks-old babies (in the starring role!) to high school seniors who’ve been part of the Pageant all their lives

OUR COMMUNITY is an amazing international destination. More than sixty nations are represented in our church -- all in celebration of the greatest Gift ever given. Humbled that we have the privilege of portraying the promise of two thousand years ago, a new hope arises in our hearts. We want to celebrate that hope with you and honor you - our veterans, active duty military, and your families.

Thank you for your service!
